M54 idler pulley torque

Does anyone know the correct torque spec for 3.0 M54 upper deflection pulley’s (i.e. idler pulley) M10x150 bolt that goes through the alternator case? I read 45 Nm on one of the e46 forums but just looking at the structure of the case I chickened...

I think it's 42 Nm. I remember that I had troubles finding the correct torque too but looks like I could find it now. Have a look here:
