For me remote opening & closing is important - I’ve got a dodgy leg so it’s easier for me if the roof is down.
Even after explaining this to BMW they were unable to help - The dealer was happy to fit the Smarttop module tho.
Whenever the car goes in for service I remind them that there is a one push roof control fitted.
