Due to emergency repairs apparently. 
Yeh, what was it? Flood damage?? Did you manage to avoid it. I got on the M4 Windsor way at 3.30pm and when I came back on the M4, the jam was still there but worse !
Haha my employee will have been stuck in that! Oh well..
