M4 vs M2

At base price the M2 seems like good value for money but once optioned up a bit it's almost at M4 price levels...

I think the M2 is an amazing little car but I wouldn't pay list price to get one. Perhaps in a couple years as a used buy?

I looked at one yesterday in the dealers. Nice looking wee car,but only things i didnt like were lack of carbon roof,m-seats & M mirrors.Don`t know why they didnt add those to the options list ! Incase it effects the M3/M4 Sales maybe.

Had a test drive of the M2 over the weekend.... Purely an accident as i was looking for a sensible family car (X5 m40d)

Dealer called me earlier today with a very compelling offer inc px for my TT and a resonable discount.... And works out less than the X5....

Maybe returning back to the BMW fold sooner than expected!!

Penny for your thoughts in the M2?

BMW tried to tempt me away from the A45 AMG with an M2 ... which was fine apart from the small fact it was £10K more ! I think not ... and none were available for ages - in fact he couldn't tell me unless I went in and talked ... which I didn't.

I am sure it will be nice but from what I saw an M4 was the same money via TRL on BabyBmw as he was doing deals on them at Berry Heathrow.
