Hello All,
I had the pleasure to test drive an M4 Coupe today, finished in Metallic Black with the DCT gearbox. I had the car for a few hours (courtesy of main dealer) and I am left astonished with the performance!
After playing with the settings for the gearbox and dampers etc the car gives one hell of a kick on upshift and a throttle blip on downshift. The exhaust tone sounds totally angy!! I was expecting the car to feel big and clumbersome compared to my E86 Coupe, but it feels and handles even better! Althought I was expecting the extra power gain, its the way it is all delivered as a package! - I want one!!!
For the first time my Coupe felt under powered driving home
(why oh why did I drive an M4)
I wonder whether the M4 straight six will fit in a E86 Coupe, must do an ebay search for an engine..
