To be honest, im indifferent.

Not something id buy myself, but if you want to combine an M4 and a campervan, this does it.

Nothing less than five stars these days for me but a nice bit of kit for the guy who has everything. :D

 Why?..... Buy then why not...... :tumbleweed:

It has a whippy.

(A waste of perfectly good tyres if I'm honest)

Pros: It includes something to draw your eyes away from the front grill.

Cons: Everything else about it.

If you can afford to buy one why not buy an M4 and a camper van?
Not my cup of tea

Rendered via V-Ray I think.

A render was my first thought. No tread marks? I do hope that is all it is.

But who could render such a fine pair of whippies and plonk them on that thing.

It's definitely a composited render. You can easily tell by shadow-casts in every which direction! and of course as you spotted; no treadmarks.
The car is probably photos of a real car from different angles then the caravan bit is modelled, position-matched with a datum point, composited and then rendered.
It looks like a V-Ray lighting profile to me. Similar to ones I used when I was designing ships back in the day.
We used to present the final ship designs to companies like Transocean and once they saw how it would look 'in real life' they would sign the dotted line immediately! Quite rewarding.

This was a quick V-Ray render to show how a helideck would relate to the bridge but you can see how the shadowcasts on the underside look pretty realistic even with a basic daylight setting.

Fun stuff Chris. In the early days for PCs, 1980s, I was really into writing code to create such renditions. Then creating them for the entertainment of others. Spookily enough I still have the book Commodore 64 Graphics and Sound, next to my bed side cabinet along with the advanced user guide. Excellent books for budding CAD authors in their day. After that I moved on to an Amiga. I used to render shop displays and create animations to run before the movie, when I was serving on HMS Illustrious. All on my own software. We had Light Wave studio hard ware on board, so I could fade in the graphics with the VT. Pretty much state of the art at the time. I must flash my Amiga up again soon. :)
