Aebous, accents in the UK adjust about every 3 miles. As soon as you pick up on one you have to listen hard again to understand the next. As a Yank....try to go to Scotland, it truly is one of the most beautiful places on this Earth, dress warmly and don't talk to anyone because you won't understand a word they are saying.

I cannae understand mrs gannet for about a week after she spends a coupla hours with her mum (who's scottish).

Went to the Magic Dragon car show in Osage Beach, MO on May 1-3. A total of 819 cars were registered....bunches or restored, hot rods, rat cars etc. I was lumped in a "Tuner Import" class: Ferrari, MB, BMW, Scion, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, a total of 33 cars. This was my first show with the M3 and I came away with a Runner Up (second place) plaque. Not bad. This was one of the most ruthless judging I've ever seen. They even used a under-car security mirror to check the undercarriage. Cool, 'cept the M3's previous owner had a love affair with speed bumps. Could get a copy of the judges score sheet but...I'll get better. This car is more challenging to prepare because it is bigger and it is after all an '01.
