M17ALD reg belong to anyone?

Hi guys

Was on the verge of purchasing a z4 however it has transpired it is a cat D in 2010 under private reg M17ALD. Its a long shot but checking on this forum whether this belonged to anyone so I can ascertain the extent of the damage
