Well, it's about time :excited:

Car has been severely neglected from any proper washing technique. There was holograms all over the car, not to mention the PO had a clear bra installed and the installer actually cut the clear bra on the car, and CUT INTO THE PAINT!!!

Needless to say, I had my work up for me. I wasn't going for 100% correction, because with the amount of damage done, I knew it was going to be too much time, I looked at around 90-95%.

Products Used:

Wash:
Chemical Guys Citrus Wash and Gloss
2800 PSI Pressure Washer
2 Bucket Method
IronX

Clay:
Poorboys Clay
CG QD

Correction:

M205
LCC HydroPads

Protection:
Wolfgang 3.0 Paint Sealant
Dodo Juice Hardy Candy
Dodo Juice Rainforest Rub

Wheels:
Meguiars APC+
Poorboys Wheel Sealant
Meguiars Endurance Tire Gel

Exhaust:

iron X.....

BMW wheel cleaner goes purple once applied - is this the same stuff?

No.

IronX is sprayed all over the car...it removes iron and other ferrous containments from brake dust. It turns clear to purple when it dissolves it

Nice work. Must of been a long and arduous task with DA rather than rotary.

For those interested in Iron x see here.
It is not a dedicated wheel cleaner. It can be applied to the whole vehicle to remove bonded metal contaminants which aids in less contamination potentially getting embeded into your clay when clay bar treatment is carried out to the vehicle. Great product in the right hands.

I used a Makita 9227c on most of the car and used my PC on the bumpers, since they are plastic and I don't want to burn.

Thanks though! Yea, IronX is amazing. Barely anything came off on clay because of it. Dumped close to $15 worth of product on it, but well worth it. It smells though!
