m wheels query

anyone here, thought of stripping paint and having alloys polished?, they would look stunning but a lot of polishing to keep them looking good but i used to enjoy polisking my wolfrace wheels back in the day. another option would be keep the centres painted an polish the rims, you could overcome the paint edge issue by cutting a thin groove on a lathe right on the inside of the rim so the paint has an edge that wont chip or be polished thin when autosolving the rims. i really feel this would look stunning, any thoughts on feasibility.

What m wheels we talking about mad? I did polish up a set of e46 m wheels. Lots of hard work but I love the look more than happy to help out with any advice. And machining if you need it you won't get them polished up to a decent level without the proper kit. I tried doing mine at home. Had give in and take them to work and use the polishing mop!! Really don't mind helping but I am in Oxford.
