For those looking at these for non M cars. A comparison against 225/40/18 shows that these with 225/45/18 will over read by 3.5%
Your current 70mph with these wheels will read on the speedo at 72.4mph
Therefore they over read in the right direction, it shows you faster than you are actually travelling rather than it being a shock.
At 30 you would be indicating 31.05 mph.
