saw a 1M on the M6 toll last week. I could tell it was an ///M because, apart from a total de-badge (except the ///M) it had the black wheels (on eco-tyres) and heavy-smoke-tinted-light-&-windows option. Must admit that the seat recliner must have been broken, as the poor driver looked to be lying down. :roll:

I often think people who do this are having a laugh if it's not a BM. Boy where I live had a E46 318 which he badged a M3 so every now and then I like to get my Dads M and park it next to it just so he can see how wrong his car looks lol.
There is a Jazz with a Type R badge and had a type r engine under the bonnet which is mad! I've also (only with bluetak) stuck a GTR badge on my car for a meet when the GTR was off the road. However that only went on when parked up I wouldn't drive with it on!

shame the M guys can't take theirs off lol......depending on how the rebuild goes on the R32 I might have that badge back on the Z4 this time at Silverstone
