I bought mine from here

Was around 420 Euro's (around £335) delivered including the cabling required to retrofit the multifunction buttons. I recommend them.

OK so I found this dealer in the U.S. at $520 without multi function or multi colour stiching, sounds like a good deal. I wrote to them to find out if the spoke trim covers were included, waiting for response.
