M Sport Suspension

I have found out my car has M Sport suspension can anyone tell me how that differs from standard setup and is it beneficial or not

Thanks
Norman

Stiffer, lower, less body roll in the corners. The geometry set up at the rear means your car may steer from the rear over bumps. If you haven't noticed so far. Don't worry

It's a sports car remember ;)

Forgot to add, M Sport suspension sits slightly lower too. 10mm I think.
I'm not an expert so I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong

Mine has m-sport suspension its firm to say the least,my teeth hurt some days :?

Dont even look at the suspension on my Scirocco in that case!
My mk2 golf gti has suspension set up for track days so it should'nt shock me too much :D Love the old scirocco

My sister and I both love the harder suspension - makes every journey that much more exciting!

My boss however thought it was awful :o
