M Sport Steering Wheel

One thing I really miss from my old M is the steering wheel, anybody know if it is a simple job to swop them over, and any idea on cost? - I am guessing trying to find a second hand one might be a tall order!

You could just get your old one re-trimmed.
Just did mine a few days ago with royal steering wheels.



Nice and fat now. I really missed that from the E60 Msport wheel.

I guessing he doesnt have an M sport e89... As the msport does have a seriously thick wheel... Any bigger and you'd need hands the size of the hulk to grip it!

I have a non sport 3.0 sDrive and found the steering wheel a bit of a let down coming from an E92 M sport which has a very nice steering wheel. The one in the Z4 was thin, hard to the touch, and the leather had taken on an unattractive sheen. I found a Royal Steering Wheels and took one of theirs on an exchange basis, tell them what you want and they will do it in no time, if they don't have one in stock. Highly recommended.
