M-Sport seats question- belt guide

Afternoon

I have searched but not found a specific answer:

The shoulder guides on M Sport seats that are secured by 3x T20 screws- how does the assembly unclip and allow the belt to be removed?

They look 2 piece but I dont want to force the plastic and break any tabs

I think my guides slid backwards relative to the fixed mount?

I've taken them off the seats so can see there are clips etc
