Hi there,

Looking for a replacement M-Sport steering wheel, Black leather original BMW with multifunction controls!

Can exhange for my old one if you would like (photograph included).

Hi, I remember seeing the state of this in the ad, have you tried giving it a good clean? I’m assuming that’s just dirt of some kind :?

Hi Rob, unfortunately it’s not that kind of damage. The only thing I can compare it to is brake fluid burning through paint work. It looks like a corrosive chemical has been used on it at some point to me.

Why not just sent the wheel to royal steering wheels?

You get get the wheel trim resprayed relatively cheap or you could try it yourself.
 
I messaged them 2 days ago, nothing yet. Have used them before but was not sure if they could do anything about multifunction controls
 
A couple of yrs ago there was a user on here that would get your wheel re furbished by royals and he'd do the plastics as royals were close to him,
Might be worth trying to contact him
