M rear bumper SOLD

ebay or rather the folks who offer up items never cease to amaze me :?
they obviously want the most ££ they can , yet photograph items like they have been stolen from a mongolian goat rustler :o
you would clean the f3rkin thing first ! ! :headbang:
 
Must admit I was tempted with a last minute offer but wasn't sure if it would fit an e85 03 plate. Wasn't sure the lights were the right shape to fit the shape of the bumper. If anyone knows at least ill know for future sales!
 
Fit yes, but the rear lights will need to be changed to the facelift lights or live with the poor fit.
 
There was a thread somewhere where someone grafted the old light shape into the M rear bumper to keep the old lights but have the new M rear bumper. Seems a lot of work, but the facelift rear lights are hard to come across. (I just sold a set though)
 
There are 2 members that i know of that have fitted a M rear with pre facelift lights... Richardg is one.... Requires a fair amount of bodywork mind.

I think this ebay one went for a good price.... I paid £150 for mine.

No I just fancied the m bumper and a double exhaust mod but I'd rather keep the old lights. My bumper will need painting sometime following a minor mrs v garage wall incident. :oops:
