M market watch

I'm not a fan of black either, but I think that interior is Silverstone and black rather than Champagne. Slightly strange spec as it looks like it has heated seats and an upgraded stereo but no rear parking sensors. That drivers' seat bolster looks pretty tired for less than 40K miles too but it could be a good buy at the right price.

If I see how some people get out and in their car, I can see a driver's seat be collapsed and worn at 20k miles.

I still do the sideways sit and twist movement to avoid the bolsters

£20,995

Inspection II Service includes valve clearances, engine, gearbox and diff oil refresh anyway!

It might be worth that money if they were CSL wheels, but they look like CSL Reps to me.

M359 wheels from the e9x comp and 1M. I’m not too clued up on how to tell if these wheels are reps or not though.

I saw that one earlier today.

While I like the Bi-Colour seats it seems pretty sparsely equipped with no parking sensors and the billy basic stereo. Seems a few grand over-priced to me.

What is it about needing a car like a ZM to have loads of kit. It’s not as though it’s a car from 2026. What do we actually need really in a car like this. Some sort of traction control and ABS. Tick. Climate Control. Tick. Leather sports seats. Tick. Hydraulic power steering. Tick. Big wheels. Tick (mostly). Four exhausts. Tick. Great engine with manual gearbox. Tick. A stereo that works sufficiently for a car like this.

Does it really need park distance sensors, cruise control (come on), sat nav on the little screen. For a saloon yes I get it. As much kit as will fit in it. But in a hyperactive sports car. No. Nowadays - with a 20 year old car - go on condition, provenance/history and mileage in that order. Extra “extras” like PDC etc are very much secondary in my view.

But I did want the screen to be able to have CarPlay though and Waze to avoid those speed traps. I don't have parking sensors but I now have a rear view camera. I can almost clean the lens from my seat if I reach back :poke:

My car was pretty well specced from new and while I like the Carver stereo and heated seats I could l have lived without them.

But with speed cameras everywhere these days, including loads of average speed ones, I wouldn't want to be without cruise control after getting 3 points last year for not using it!

Still it isn't too difficult to retro-fit anyway.
