Regarding the spoiler / visual mods. I'm not sure how hard it would be to remove? Came with the car originally and while wasn't my favourite design, didn't ever look into removing it. Anyone know if they are drilled/screwed on or is it just 3M (etc) tape? The front Zunsport grill is a 2 min job to remove, so could be reverted to standard very quickly.
As you say though taz, peoples opinions differ so will likely leave it on.
Thanks again for everyone's comments, this forum was a big part in having two of these over the years. Huge source of info, how tos, discussions, the market place and just a generally helpful bunch which made ownership so easy so thanks!
You cannot remove the boot spoiler as the paint underneath it will come off as well, and yes - it is tape, but the type to be once on only. Easier to find a replacement boot lid without one with someone who would want to swap.
Don't think it would stop the sale of the car though as I would look through that and would replace the boot.
More important for me is that the car has been garaged, the one I have now came from Scotland and not garaged so it gives rust challenges.
