M market watch

Especially as you mainly drive summers in a MC, just like a nice E46 M3 these days. However I do use my heating cold mornings/evenings at the start/end of the seasons, and its not a "heavy" option like el.seats or satnav.

However, the latest grey collectingcars car - there's just no chance in hell you end up with 1. those sagging rear silencers, 2. veeery worn steering wheel and 3. worn drivers seat - with only 39,674 miles.... Just sayin.
My car had less wear at 90000mi.

I didn't think heated seats were that essential in a Coupe - until I took mine out last Sunday! Spec generally is pretty basic with standard stereo, no CD changer, no cruise control, clunky Sat Nav or power-fold mirrors.

And the advert says it is Space Grey but it looks like Silver Grey to me, which isn't that rare. The UK got 73 that colour with Imola Red leather.

I'm sure the silencers could be re-aligned as they don't look OE to me - maybe new rubbermounts would help but the seats do look worse than mine on twice the mileage.

Still at the right price it could be a good buy for someone if the mileage checks as the service history looks good.

Be interesting to see where it ends up!

Wow - that did pretty well, although it was a low mileage example.

Unsold, highest bid was £14,250.

So the owner is having another go himself:- https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202202062218919?onesearchad=New&onesearchad=Nearly%20New&onesearchad=Used&radius=1500&postcode=gu470za&model=Z4%20M&make=BMW&search-target=usedcars&sort=datedesc&saved-search-id=8a42a6fa76aed87301773672fd3f068d&logcode=pp&utm_medium=Email&utm_source=Triggered_Emails&utm_campaign=Car_S

If anyone is interested I know the VIN if you PM me.

That's about $31,000 CND and would be considered a good deal here, similar cars are going for $37,000-39,000 at the moment and about the same price in the States except it would be USD.

I know, we are lucky enough to have cheap used car prices in the UK compared to most other countries as members in the EU keep telling us!

It also helps that most UK buyers are scared of anything approaching 100K miles - well unless you are selling.

I'd agree it's just about bareable on the m3 (wasn't it their launch colour?), perhaps having being subjected to it so many times you just relentingly accept it!
Personally on the Z I think it looks awful and I guess the sales figures would suggest I'm not alone. Then again they didn't sell many sepang and I'm a big fan of that.

Probably not a popular opinion on here but I'd much rather have PY than Sepang!

Mr Tidy, you are a blasphemer, the Sepang boys are coming for 😊 PY for me is too marmite however, the kudos of owning the only one in the UK could be tempting for some. 😊

I thought I might get that reaction! I did actually meet 3 of them last year, but probably won't be invited again.

The Roadster in that link does look strong money even for a low mileage example, but I suppose the seller only needs to find one person who wants it badly enough.
