Or this very nice MC..

Ruby black with amarone leather interior....

https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/2007-bmw-z4m-coupe-1

Nice combo but its due ins2 & buyer should be prepared for at least a fresh set of non runflat tyres & at worst a fresh set of wheels  if all 4 of those MV4s are without split or repair they will be the rarest set in the uk
What's it worth ? i wouldn't be comfortable over £13k but i suspect it will end £14k / £15k

Auction over at £15750 , strong money with the 6% on top but it was a looker however I suspect a dose of buyers regret will accompany the logbook  needs a decent spend & its already top money for a 85k ZMC £16700.

That is strong money!

As good as the colour combination is, I'd really want to get those wheels refurbed so you could see them properly.

And at 85K there is a potential bearing shell renewal looming.

Shocked it went for that money!

As i said , a slice of buyers regret will accompany the logbook  there's a £2k spend imminent without doing the shells plus anything else uncovered that goes along with 80k+ 12-13yr old ZMs like weeping diff seals & suspension components / brake lines .

Too expensive

Plenty of people at the moment jumping into the market with their BBL money and trying to buy a “ future classic”...

Anyone who knows the M market would realise that’s £2k over the top, at least

I agree it might appear slightly expensive, as we have seen other cars sell for less, but markets move over time so how can it be overpriced when multiple people have been bidding on it....we’re not the market...the people buying are the market.

yeah ok  whatever makes you feel good :D
all makes / models of cars will sell high & low & say what you like that car is going to cost the new owner both in looming spend & in its residual in the coming years especially if mileage is added to the current 85k .
There are far better buys available for less https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/10694284?cId=9169806&cId=10694284&cId=10252148&cId=10224119&cId=10700118&cId=10534517&cId=10733507&cId=10602159&cId=10578615&cId=10608277
but as ive said before not all buyers are savvy enough to know the ZM pitfalls or indeed to have any in depth knowledge of market prices to know what is or isn't a good car at a good price . Its no surprise to you or most other forum S54 owners that ins2 , tyres & a set of brakes will soon drop £2500 from the wallet & the collecting cars example needs INS2 asap (last one was 9yrs 47k ago) & is on runflat Bridgestones  so £500 of rubber required & a steering wheel make over :( IMG_2432-1.jpg

& il lather myself in custard & wander around M+S with a bunch of flowers if all 4 wheels are free of splits or welds

The amarone interior must be work an extra 2k alone :? :poke:

That steering wheel though. And the car was filthy. Note to self, if I ever sell, put it up on that website!

Well spotted  and ewww re the custard and Marks and Sparks

I guess the new owner will regret this buy when it turns into a 20k vehicle.
The steering wheel is shocking
The runflats need changing out.
No inspection 2 for almost a decade.
Not to mention the advisory on previous mots
I wonder if these have been addressed properly or covered up.
Maybe the bidder got paddle happy.
Either way I hope he/she enjoys the car.
Nearside Rear Road wheel fractured cracked rim (5.2.2 (a))
Repair immediately (major defects):
Nearside Brake pipe excessively corroded front to rear (1.1.11 (c))
Nearside Front Brake performance not tested brake seized (1.2.1 (g))

Nice example & clearly the owner knows what a S54 needs in terms of service requirements.
Reads well, spec is good with rare extended l ieather + front PDC (didn't think it was ever a factory option ) & miles / price / colour combo all appealing.
Can't see any reason not to follow up on it.
Best of luck

As far as I can tell, and as I understand the option extended leather, this example has the normal leather application not the extended leather which covers the door armrests in addition, also the tunnel cover between the seats. I have seen several ads similarly claiming extended leather.
mr wilks is correct in stating extended leather is rare, very rare. I think that I've only ever seen one Z4M ad with it. This example does not have it, it has leather as most Z4Ms. Unless there is additional category of "full extended leather". Welcome an explanation.
Apart from that looks a good one.

I haven't seen many images of Extended Leatehr but i agree this vehicle looks to of partially added this option as an aftermarket add on. Also from my understanding front PDC was never an option so this must also be Aftermarket.

Service / colour / mileage all look good though. Just a shame it's 4.5 hours away! Tad far when im not 100% convinced. I have come across another Z4M but not to much detail.

Looks like mine.
On the extended leather, I don't think the one illustrated is aftermarket, just the usual oem.
