There will be very few left at 20k< miles, so you can ask strong for it IMO*

Not sure why BMWs suffer so badly with price on mileage compared to porkers.

Kudos , quite simply the Porsche brand is more aspirational though we know it doesn't necessarily make them a better product .
Bmw , Audi , Mercedes have diluted their brand massively & as such they no longer hold the allure they once did

A rare ZMR at this mileage , does look well & only 1 previous owner / silver grey MR on 20k with a £23500 ask :o strong money without warranty

That makes mine look a relative bargain!

Id be more inclined to say "realistic"

I agree.
Soon that will seem cheap!

Derin, when can you disclose this little nugget of info that’s going to make our Z4Ms rise in value?

Depends on taste

Indeed it does & i dont mind it in Si Se Zs but can't imagine any potential M buyer actively seeking it therefore it will not be helping the sale

I might be in the minority here, but I've always thought the aluminium dash was the most premium looking of them all. If i was looking to go to an M, i would be searching for one with an aluminium dash.
That’s what I did too.
Never got that silly ”carbonleather” thing.

I too don't like the carbon leather trim. My Alu trim is okay but I would happily swap it with the Piano trim  For me teh best looking trim hands down!

Well for those unlucky enough to buy a M with carbon leather at least they can look forward to a easy swap / sale with cash their way for the "sensible" alu trim set
Each to their own , across the Zs ive had multiple cl , pb & alu , for me the carbon weave is a class act & sets the ///M apart

Have to agree the carbon leather looks the dogs danglies, I'd swap my Piano Black in an instant!

I genuinely don't mind any of the 3 but by choice id always go cl - pb then alu
I found the alu takes on a whole new feel & finish if you clean it with Megs Uc then polish it with a premium wax

So, the 'new' Z4 apparently won't come in a manual option (which I'm staggered by if true).....is this why the prices of our bad boy M's are going to rocket?

Manual sports cars are virtually a thing of the past. Add that ours are the last s54 engined, full M Division car and relatively low volumes and I think it's a recipe for price increases. Only my opinion and time will tell I suppose.

So, Jim's Z4MC is apparently for sale...not sure on pricing, but we know it'll look the business!

Yup, I think you are right. Roadster asking prices appear to be rising over the last month, some of that is probably seasonal, but I'm sure they will keep creeping up. :)

I'd say the current wave of asks & (seemingly selling) exceeds any seasonal rise that is expected around now ( & failed to materialise the last 2/3 years )
Some very strong prices both MR & MC but for me it's still very much down to each example valued on its own merits .

67k Imola roady for £14750 https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/bmw/z4m-roadster/bmw-z4-m-roadster--bmw-warranty-2006/8734623
certainly looks well kept & ins2 recently done though that would suggest the service regime is out of sync so paperwork needs a read through
Otherwise seller claiming its a minter
