Wow this guy really knows how to write an advert.
Wow, £4500 for calipers you can buy for £1000 (used) or £1300 (new) a set including discs!

If that is worth £20k then so is mine...as it's worth £10k standard, plus it's got £6k of brand new diff, rear trailing arms and driveshafts, along with £3k of recent clutch & flywheel and £2k of suspension.

I'll let anyone on here have it for £15k, because I'm nice like that.

I'll even throw in some driving lessons in the madman's Alfa :poke:

95k - alu dash - £500 car cover - cupholders (cause Z4s never come with them  ) for £20k  Jack-a-nory stuff :D
Plus might just be me but those backboxes take naff to a whole new level :( looks like a wheelbarrow from the rear

Exhausts might be clean, but that engine is filthy.

Like the way he try's to sell the Ali dash as a positive

Looks like he wasn't bothered about prepping the car, cheap nasty mats aren't a selling point, and since when is an indoor cover 500 quid?
Good luck, "I'm oot" as is heard on dragons den occasionally

As above, they are reps.

He tied to keep that bit quiet

That is because the previous owner preferred the reps to OEM, bit like that dash ...

Thought I'd have a little read through this thread as I'm thinking of getting back into an ///M... its almost enough to put you off :o is it compulsory to have a row with everyone?!

Not compulsory & there are no stipulations as to how many or how frequent so don't feel pressured  :D

 Thats good to know Mr Wilks  Ive seen the 'running in service' mentioned a couple of times, is this important?

I wouldn't let it put you off I love my ///M but we are all passionate about these cars and sometimes it seems we argue a lot but that's what happens when you are passionate. Just find the best one you can and you will love it and then be as bad as the rest of us.

To add, head gasket issues?
How common is that please chaps?

I've not heard of one failing in since I bought mine back in 2011.

Each time there is Ins1 or Ins2 the cam cover gasket should be replaced so maybe the seller has seen on paperwork a cost for that :?
