Ye true might have a shifty at the silver MR with red leather with crap tyres see what's going on with that and the ruby MC with foggy headlight seem to be good all rounders with some negotiation if the history is up to scratch.

Shame there's not a silver grey with red leather around. But could be a long wait for that combo.

Sounds like 2017 could see you back in an M Tom

Hopefully back in something!

That would be good to see you back out on meets,in a z4/M ,Tom  :driving:

Went to look at an M Coupe near me yesterday that was described as 'been cared for like a baby'...

Whilst I have an M Coupe on hold till I view it in a few days, I thought I would still go look at this one with it being on my doorstep.

I couldn't believe my eyes... what a mess! Its had more paint than the Severn Bridge, badly at that. Definitely something hiding under all that new paint that doesn't even match the rest of the car. Car has done 85000 miles and currently on AT, finished in Interlagos blue.

Paint peeling on the boot, OS rear qtr, door has a slight ripple in it, wing and bumper also painted. Leather needs a good clean and its stinks inside.

Yea that's a great combo - although I'm biased! I could be persuaded out of mine (Roadster) if I could get a reasonable value interlagos Coupe to try.

It's tough between R/C as I love driving with the roof down, but prefer the look of the Coupe... First world problems I guess!

Hi Tomscott reference the silver Z4 MR might be wrong here but when I was looking for my Z4 MR last year (2015) I went to view a Z4 from this dealer which looks like the very same one, he may had sold it and brought it back as I'm always looking at the market place I noticed it went off sale a while ago, but had been serviced at 29k like he says it was just an oil and filter change stamped at BMW Sutton Coldfield I also remember the photo if you look at the boot floor with an M badge on it which you don't normally see, and I seem also to remember the photo of the tyres you refer too, but to get to my point he said it had a full service history but when inspecting the history there was no stamp for the 1200m running in service and the roof made a funny noise when closing which was unlike my Z4 3.0si I owned at the time and unlike any of the Z4's I had viewed before could of been a motor on the way out. Other than that it was a nice car that I would have brought had it not been for those two problems, he is also selling a imola red one which he has had since I went to see him in August 2015 on auto trader on at £14450, hope this is of help and like I said I could swear this is the same car looks too familiar.

This one been mentioned before?

Doesnt seem a bad car/spec and price from a dealer ?

Gotta love a silver grey car

Bit leggy but right money...

Both those above MRs look decent examples from respectable looking sellers & across the current market neither looks particularly expensive
At 10/11 yrs old i wouldn't even class 82k as particularly leggy & the next couple of years i would expect 60k-90k cars to make up the bulk of the cars we see on offer :?
As years fly by its always going to be about condition , history , spec & of course the ask price for these to get a sale
You getting tempted to invest again

I meant leggy in the current market and in comparison to the other one at similar money..10k a year is acceptable to me...

Nah,not getting back in the saddle im looking at GTR's and the first once popped up in the search...lol..

Does look crisp for the miles & running on Michelin's is always a good sign that a previous owner wasn't afraid to spend on the car
Pictures not doing it justice i suspect

Bit of a drive, but only heard good things. ML are much closer but still get mixed reviews

Due there for oil/brake service in March.

They are only 20mins from me, so I'm lucky in that respect.

I did visit ML once, never again!
