M market watch

I think the car was priced at £13500 when I rang him, said he'd take my 3.0 as px for £4K.
Said I'd think about it, he got back to me saying I could have it for £12500, then a few days later for £12000 if I'd take it that weekend. Said he needed the space. This is his fb link.

 good to know guys.

If it sounds too good to be true!

Write up sounds good but V6. I suppose buyer be aware!

Sytner shifted all of their high priced Z4MC's and seem very eager to find more. I know asking price doesn't mean selling price but I'm assuming they've been happy with the deals they've made, hence why they are chomping at the bit to get hold of more cars.

The cars that hang around for ages or keep getting reduced have probably got something about them that is putting buyers off; missing/ suspect service history, rough around the edges etc.
I know I came across a few when I was looking for mine.

Haven't rung them yet. Not sure I want to know - it might either a) depress me or b) tempt me. Neither are positions I particularly want to be in!

All but one ZMC that I enquired about had suspect service history including one that was stamped as having an inspection 2 at BMW, when I rang the dealers they said it had not ever been to them and another which had the same service at an Indy.
Rang them and they had no idea what an inspection service was and said the would have just changed the filter.
I learnt my lesson with my old M3, so I walked from both without looking as I knew I would annoy me and be a hard sell.
Ended up with a higher mileage coupe with FBMSH I the right order, at the right time intervals, which from my experience was rare.

Hoping that will be a selling point when I advertise mine.

Price and condition always seem to be the main motivation for buyers with all the cars that I have sold.
Service history has to be complete with no huge holes, whether it be Indy or dealers but rarely is a walk away item if all other things are good..
What I mean is, if a car is overpriced, shabby and unkept and needs work a full dealer history won't save it...
It's just a nice thing to have in your sale armoury..

That "cheap" silver ZMR on the AUC site has been sold... and I've been called back by Kelly about it 3 times so far. Something to do with their computers being down... smells funny to me, possibly never for sale but a good marketing/contact collecting exercise?!

Black M roady on 93k but looks well & decent spec for what could be close to £10k
A cheap way into a ///M weekender although the pallet pics aren't enhancing the sale

& our favourite "sh$tty football" has new pics & a polish but bounced up in price to £13500

Looks about right that for the mileage Matt.

Might be up for £1k more when Spring is around the corner

I called about it the first day it went up - guy seemed very keen to get it sold, asked for details on mine for part-ex (which were sent over the same day) and was promised a call back once the car was in stock, as it was still with the previous owner as a result of waiting for private plate to come off.

No call back whatsoever so they can lump it IMO. I've got cash waiting but I'm not doing business with a dealership that can't be bothered. FYI it's back up on AT again @ £14,950 (£1k more) and at higher mileage, 58k ilo 56k. Cheeky barstewards and yes I smell a rat too.

Its £11,500 again...
