Mine has two registered keepers before me. The first was BMW itself from June 2007 to Dec 2007, then one private owner from December 2007 to March 2010 until I purchased the car.

That is a nice roady , no mention of owners but could be 1 prev & a relative gem at that mileage for that ask
I suspect the big name dealers will be all over it by weekend as that's a £22k car on their books ?

22k miles and 6 owners???? wtf? thats alot for such a low mile car.

:o id missed the no of owners ,6 in 9 years wouldnt be ott normally but unusual to find so many who didn't use it :? MOT checks should tell the tale

looks nice, where does it say 6 owners :?

edit, yep 5 previous owners

wel i think its safe to say the market is slowing down again and prices and kind of stabilising id say, i think us ///M owners got alittle excited of the summer 20k + examples that were reguarly up for. I'm sure this vehicle will rise just excuse of the very low numbers but i think its going to be another 5 years before anything meaningful happens.

Winters is approaching and summer wasn't great so prices are on the wane..

Things will bounce again when spring time hits... Where they go to is the question.

As always , pristine low milers will always bring the big stacks...

Z3M's have been stable for years now... Only the last of the line with low miles and S54's fitted are bringing good money.. The rest are all worth same cash as they was 5 years ago.. No mean feat, but nobody is getting rich..

You could get Z3M's for £7-£8k a couple of years back.

Cheapest one on PH is £12k with 90k miles.

Agreed. I just missed out on a Dakar Yellow one in 2012 which just had all the rear suspension refreshed with 50/60k miles for £9.5k.

I'd hazard a guess that it would be closer to £14/£15k now.

There was a Pheonix Yellow S54 with LM's,full schnitzer kit and really low mileage up for £22k and they would have took around £20k. This would be a £30k+ car now.

When I had mine they was around the £10k mark...

Seemed to have gone up to 11.5k for similar miles..

Perhaps they are the next big thing..

Very cheap way into MR ownership. Granted high miles and flimper spec;

That would make a great M weekender on the cheap for someone , no reason to be scared at 90k if its been well looked after :driving:

Tidy car and right kinda money...

As Andy says that could be a great low mile usage car.....

Be usefull to see if that hangs around for long.
