M market watch

Assuming there's no dodgy history that's an amazing price given the current market state & that colour taken into consideration. BMW would have that up for in excess of £22k I reckon.
 
Nice find lost boy. Saw this ondon autotrader with low res pics a couple weeks ago. Looks like the seller has sorted he's camera out. From the pics Lovely car...
 
I'm liking the imola red MR with 21k miles for the same price. Out of the two the coupe might be the more popular choice though, love the coupe in white.
 
I think the white one is a slightly ambitious price but I can't say I blame them for trying. I'll be interested to see how quickly it goes. Ed's Midnight Blue car had same mileage, similar spec and is a rarer beast (only 17 Midnight Blue Z4MC's, and I think only 4 with the Individual Champagne leather too).

My thoughts exactly. I didn't think Ed's car was under priced butpriced for a decently quick sale. THis one needs to be priced a few grand lower IMO but who knows it might just get snapped up. Just noticed it does have the BMW warranty for another month or two which would be quite attractive to a private buyer who would also I think be able to extend it.

Was just admiring the picture of the centre of the dash - damn that CD/vent unit looks cheap and nasty now :P

I've seen a lot worse like the M3's from the same era.

Really like that. Bought mine from Dave at NS&Cs - bit of a hard salesman tactic of pushing me to look around the car quicker, but eventually calmed down when he realised I wasn't going to be rushed!
 
That's a lot though. Stu Truman will be happy when he compares that to his, with a slightly better spec, that he picked up for a comparable price at only 6k miles. I think his still only has about 16k on it...

Worth saying, I paid over £3k less for mine almost exactly a year ago, just as good spec if not better, with only 3k more miles on it at the time. It was a private sale though, and has a damn sight more miles on it now :driving:

Right I think they've just crossed the line. That's f*cking ludicrous. More so, how dare they deface the car with their garage name sticker on the back of it! Egotistical much!!
In the interests of anyone coming across this thread in the future, god forbid they actually sell that car at that price and the advert vanishes, it's an Imola red M coupe with 1850 miles priced at £49,995.
So we're trying to sell them now for more than they cost new, that's the sitch now is it. Wow that's made me furious for some reason!!

Honestly I don't think BMW would have priced it anywhere near that. Personally I think Hexagon think far too highly of themselves and are just outright taking the p*ss.
 
For 10 grand less they'll sell you an Alpine White 2005 M3 coupé with 2,200 miles on it :lol:

I think someone hit the nail on the head in the other thread, they're pulling numbers out of thin air and chancing their arm that some mug will come along and snap it up... with little to no concern whatsoever over how that affects the market for everybody else. Selfish pack of mooks.
Speaking purely for myself, if I had £50k to blow and I desperately wanted a red MC... basically you'd have to want that exact spec and colour, I'd never hand it over to Hexagon. I'd want to buy direct from BMW because I'm obviously buying it for prestige and collector reasons, and buying from Hexagon in no way benefits the history of a vehicle.
 
Hexagon are a law unto themselves. They will push prices up I'm sure. They're not desperate to sell and price accordingly I guess. They also may use it as a point of reference when they have 'normal' mileage Z4MCs for sale: they can say the £30k price tag of the normal Z4MC is an absolute bargain when compared to the £50k one :o
 
Didn't Hexagon used to be a main dealer?

The prices are taking the p1ss but I suppose the cars are aimed at collectors / money no object customers.
 
If you have the money and the time, buying the lowest mileage of desirable cars and waiting for that one buyer that just wants the " best" ( even at a big pricetag) isn't a bad business model .
