M market watch

I think the skirts alone are decent enough 'alternatives' to aeros as a single standalone mod, but agreed, the kit fully assembled is pretty gash.

I genuinely look at them and think how can you make it that bad...how bad were the designs they said no too?!!!

It difficult to say no to any of the designs, when the 5 year old son of the boss of ACS is drawing them.

My car.... 2006 Z4m Roadster, 27,000 miles, black, etc etc....on ebay with a starting price of £11500 and also in the sale part of this site...

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2006-BMW-...ble-Coupe-M-M3-Sport-27k-Miles-/271816459719?

Any comments, suggestions or advice welcome.

Cheers!

Edit, Just seen OG's post, in that case not so much of a bargain, and to the seller, if it's a CAT C/D you should say so in your advert instead of 'skirting' around the issue, that's if its a CAT of course. Comes across as misleading and dishonest otherwise, would make me think what else you wouldn't be telling the whole truth about with regards to the car.......

A few MR's at Parkway

The silver one a forum car.

Wow that website is annoying, click on a picture and it feels the need to scroll through and past all other pics to get to it!

Agreed, with the low mileage eBay roadster, noticed the non m badges.
But honestly top marks for the advert more honest then some non cat d cars!! Personally still wouldn't but good ad.

That silver one is halifaxbantam's with a nice little markup.

Makes my purchase earlier in the month look a silly bargain. I could sell her and make a bob or two but I won't as she is sooooooooo much fun.. :D

Oh I don't know, makes a change to see MRs at the higher end of the price range instead of hearing about how the coupé is the modern classic appreciating in value... Might be true, but gets a bit dull hearing it  :P

One already sold......
£19k for a 9 year old car with 43k miles that was £40-50k new is a lot however even if people are paying it (IMO anyway :) ). They are rare of course, but too young to be classics, and also have a few negatives too(some interior items cheap looking, build quality variable etc). I do wonder if that's why we're seeing a few short term owners as they either see the potential to sell with no loss and maybe a gain, or they're not seeing value in their purchases.

I've owned one before and would definitely not want to pay £19k for an early 2006 car with multple owners and 43k miles under it!

I've been considering a 2012 M3 at £36k (where the new price was £70k) with 5k miles on it and one owner. Sure it's double the cost but compared to what you get it's looking a bargain compared to these, albeit a different kind of car I know. And even if it depreciated more it's still a bargain - look at what you get to begin with technology wise at least.

And to put it into perspective, and granted it wouldn't be as fast under acceleration (but on track probably would be), but a brand new Porsche Cayman 2.7 base price is £39k - just a little over double the price of a 9 year old ZM at these dealer prices and all you need is a few M specific part problems (our of warranty) and the cost to own could be greater.

Darren if you want a nice Z4M at some stage you've either got to pay the going rate or look elsewhere. Frankly it doesn't matter what you think about the prices because the market has moved to this level. The cars are rare and have a following.

Why don't you look at Ed Winchester's Midnight Blue car? In my opinion he's giving that away at £16.5k.

Agreed...

Bargain of a car...

If all the "I want a Z4M coupe " brigade don't jump on Ed's car then they don't really want one..

If that car goes on open sale a dealer will be on it like tramp on hot chips.
