M market watch

If anyone finds an eBay seller can they post a link please for the strut top covers? I've done multiple searches and can't find them...

I found some, but no M logo on. Just search for BMW M strut top covers.

The title is ambiguous. The description helps. I've just fitted them, fella - they're definitely right. Struggling to upload photos with Tapatalk down.

The sytner £22,850 silver grey coupe with three previous owners now appears sold. Amazing that the private owner struggled to sell it at £16,500! I haven't asked but reoved from their website and pistonheads.

I wouldn't say it struggled to sell...it went within a few days and was underpriced IMO.

This is my new car!!

It sold within 24hrs of being advertised privately a couple of weeks ago and I was gutted to have missed out!

Imagine my surprise (and delight) when a close friend at Sytner (although not BMW) told me that it had appeared on their Stock list!

I have seen the car "raw" this weekend - before they have done the cosmetic items (wheel refurbs, fix loose trim, small dent removal, small scuff/marks etc), and the car is having an Inspection 2 Service completed as it is due based on time (not mileage!) along with being sold with a AUC Warranty.

The price agreed is far less than the £22,850 it was advertised at!

Hope that it will be ready to collect in the next week or so!

Tom.

Did your purchase fall through? The car is back on autotrader now

Wow, these prices are definitely a lot stronger than they were even 6 months ago. Long may it continue

Sytner seem to be all over the Z4M's at the moment, haven't seen one at my local Stratstone or Lloyds in a while.
Maybe it's common knowledge, but I'd love to know who these people are who buy the likes of a M4 for 1 year then give it back with only 1-2k miles on! There's loads of them! I can't understand how that makes any financial sense either. Unless they're ex 1 year lease cars maybe, I dunno.

Probably lease cars

or ex demonstrators, quite often sales managers will take a car for a few months at a time.

The first two owners of my Z were BMW and then the dealerships sales manager. Had it's 3rd owner within 9 months!

They'll be lease cars for the volume. A mate of mine just took delivery of a Golf R for just £265 a month (just £265 down) over 24 months....staggering deal. Look about, if you're not fussy on colour and spec you can get some crazy deals.

The first one (Imola) badly needs new rear discs (£350 main dealer prices). And it appears to have Yoko tyres. They look like fast road/track tyres.

Second one looks ok. Not keen on red leather with carbon black paint though.

Third one is my fav, although that champagne leather dash would need to go.

On the basis that I'm only slightly higher miles than the red one, I'm going to revalue mine at £22k (or £23.5k factoring in CSLs and aeros etc) for insurance at my renewal in May
