Just stumbled across this on Collecting Cars

https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/2006-bmw-z4m-roadster/

Sorry if already posted but thought of interest to see how the z4m goes in an auction setting. :D

If you bid on it and win there’s a 6% fee to these guys for selling it

5 or 6 yeah for the buyer to pay, not seller, so it'll be interesting to see what happens in the auction.

As a follower of Bringatrailer, i'm glad there's something like this in the UK, especially to get some unusual cars on there. Don't agree in the collecting aspect, cars are to be driven IMO but it's still a good concept.

This has gone a lot higher than I thought it might, and hasn’t finished yet

Yes that’s strong money. Although ... an engine on that mileage alone with a good service history I guess is worth a fair bit, especially for someone wanting to do an e30 transplant etc.

the real usp with that one is surely the mileage & with that its max worth would be as a totally original example
24k in 12/13yrs id love to see the service record

Completely agree, taking it back to standard and leaving it there would be best from a long term investment perspective.
