M market watch

Not sure if this is a forum car? Thought on the interior? I've been thinking on getting my seats re-done in amerone, but not sure it looks quite right here.....would probably go a Merlot Red colour. Anyway, £17k-ish for a full BMW SH, fully specced and loaded MC seems good value.

Its at £17991 & little to suggest you will get much off that from the dealer & wary from the off with zero mention whatsoever of the service regime to get to 94k .
Right now after a spell of declining prices , a looming interest rate rise & the winter months ahead i think £16k for that car could still leave your trousers warming your ankles
PH isn't the only place to trade ZMs & alternatives are there if you look , as in 10k less on the clock private sale that would most likely be driven away for £15k & maybe even a touch less

That's the one i linked   :P right money for what appears a genuine motor

Didnt spot the link.....

There is no way i would be over £17k on a car approaching 100k in miles....

I bet you could put another £2000 into it to get it ship shape..

This forum is very strange at times. We really do a bad job of talking up the value of our cars. To think you can get a Z4MC for nearly £15k in 2017 is an amazing bargain compared to what other cars are going for. A 2009 C2S 911 is still £42k+, even a Cayman is another £20k+ for a good one.

I do wonder why is the Z4MC valued so highly in certain parts of the world, but relatively low here....?

Simple market forces , its not about talking them up or down on here .
The parallel's drawn with a 2009 C2S 911 isn't really relevant in my eyes , it actually answers your own question to a certain extent :?
If they were similarly priced i suspect a majority would want the Porsche , i know i would :D

Not suggesting they should be similarly priced, the Porsche is probably the better car in most ways, but not £25-30k used car money better. At £15k the Z4MC is an absolute bargain of a car really....ticks a lot of boxes that most sub £25k cars don't..! I would have thought the Drive video would have pushed the car up in the UK, but it seems to have dipped since then, whereas other markets have seen big jumps in the price of these cars. :?

It's very strange why the Z3MC is twice, even 3 times the cost of the Z4MC at the moment.
