Many thanks

Wanted something different so went for BMW dark metallic blue , purchased from a guy on eBay.

:D

Any pics?
As I'm thinking boring red
Or middle colour of M badge or as close to M brakes as poss of new cars:)

Not seen with yellows of yet buddy
Anyone have pics?

Only drawback I can see is the dust:(

Ds2500 aren't cleanest

Have a google of Z4m caliper colour or similar and look through the images, few examples on there.
Red gives the best contrast with blue IMO without looking to in your face, as lets be honest the calipers aren't amazing anyway so personally I wouldn't want to draw too much attention to them by going crazy.
Forget yellow actually, seen a pic on google, looks gash with blue!
Blue on Blue would look a bit odd as well I think, know its the performance BMW colour but if your gonna do it may as well have a bit of contrast.
I had mine painted red with a detail I had done, was a bit of a test but looks pretty good so kept it. Didn't consider any other colours tbh.
No pics as cars locked away in the garage at the mo

Haha I totally agree they don't look too clever
Tiny infact
Hence never looked into it before

May look into big brakes n have something worth painting haha

Cheers buddy

I painted mine 18 months ago using this kit a bit more expensive than most but still looks great. Used a brush degreaser included  http://www.brakecaliperspecialists.uk/product/doom-blue-brake-caliper-painting-kit/

I never looked there
As calipers are neither detailing nor bodywork

Ha Ha :P
Wot ? Not detailing ?
Even if you scrub them with every rim change ?
And use Q-Tips to clean every nook and cranny !

I went with a Dupli-Color Caliper Paint Kit in silver, which claims to have ceramic in the paint mix.
It's a brush on process that I have to wait til the outside temp is above 55 degrees F.
Seems like a project for a rainy summer's day.

I'll keep watch here to see how you do.

Cheers "B" umpy :poke:
