Lovely with the red, if it had been black seats it would have been rather dull, but the read seats make it

Thanks for the kind comments - I must admit i fell for the colour combo and when the paperwork on it was all in order i was a little bit in love. And i was pretty pleased with the prep work the indy i used had done on the car when i picked it up.

I had planned to go Imola or Interlagos with a Black interior ( I thought sepang too) and had not really considered Titanium until i saw an Alpina in Aberdeen which was Titanium with Red leather and it looked great- i guess a Z4MR with Red Interior is quite rare in the UK most Ive seen have been black interiors.

Drove it home from Perth - there is certainly a lot of power there if you want to exploit it and the engine is pretty flexible to say the least.

Brakes are a massive improvement even over uprated Si level brakes .

The only thing I'm stumped with is i like a few subtle mods on a car- and at the moment other than an illuminated ZHP Gear Knob i dont know what else I'd like to add.

Other thoughts are Shadow Chromed Alloys ( I always thought PawnSacrifices ones from Lepsons looked fantastic) and black grilles but we'll see. I may be in a minority but i really like stock M wheels on the roadster.

Aeroskirts look especially good in the lighter colours...
Also, a coupe roof would look awesome :poke: :P

+1 stock M's. check out this link for painted versions on a silver MC. IMO looks fantastic.

Congrats Zermatt

Cheers for the link but it might look a little to close to the RRS on its winters -

Looks fandabbydocious mate, congrats!

Although what's that strange funny looking blue and white thing on the numberplate :P?!

The blue thing might not have a long life expectancy - I'll be looking at getting some more std looking plates on it

Nice choice Rob

And you're not alone in your thoughts on the wheels - I really like the standard wheels on the M Roadster (agree CSLs seem to suit the Coupe better). Shadow chrome against silver would be perfect IMO

Well of course, with the hideous coupe, your eyes automatically wander down and then spot the nice wheels :D

well work commitments have meant I've not been able to go out for a play until now but a sunny aberdeenshire day meant i got to take it out today ..

What an awesome car - i really wondered if it would live up to expectations after a very much loved 3.0 but these things are awesome.

the engine note is worth the entry price alone and the brakes are lovely

must admit to being a little bit in love with it tonight
