I'd probably need more than just that pic, so a CAD or some very detailed measurements to mock up and test before having it fabricated. Is it really worth it though?
 
A few people on here of got them installed, perhaps someone will take some measurements

As to if they are worth it or not

For £100 probably not for less than £50 I would give it a go lol

Even at that price, not really! (I have one)
 
Picked up the first set today. Mentioned there was interest for maybe 10 sets, so he'd draw up a CAD rather than cutting by hand, so the finish on the edges should be very consistent.

Anyway, too dark to fit now, and would need to check the bolt hole sizes, but here is the aluminium plate;

Not sure, he gave me a handful of allen key round head M6 bolts, so no hard sharp edges to 'catch' etc

I think I might fit these today, and get some pics up. Just need some nuts, bolts and washers for them. The holes in the fangs are simply holes, so will need a nut and bolt.

Are the above people still interested? If so, i need to place orders and hand over money etc.

My stainless steel ones have saved my bumper countless times.

I used a rounded bolt with a nut... 10p from b&q!

Ok, fitted mine this morning.

I sprayed them with plastidip just to make them black, as they're not really seen was not really necessary.

I used round head bolts with galvanised nuts, with a large washer either side of the fixing. The fit is pretty good, with just the edge nearest the wheel protruding a mm or two. You can see in one of the pics where i've already started 'filing' back the edge of the fang :mad:

I think this corner can be cut back a mm or two on the next ones no problem.

If anyone wants a set ordering, please pm me for paypal details. I have a few nuts and bolts left over so the first set or two will get whatever i have left thrown in.

Sorry just seen this. I dont have the template anymore, left it at the shop. Due to the M bumper having fangs, and the alpina not having fangs, I can't see it fitting as is, and would need a totally revised template.
 
All those that are still wanting a set, please can you try to let me know via pm asap, as I'll be going to the fabricator tomorrow afternoon to order the next slightly revised batch.
