M / BMW Specialist in the Midlands?

Anyone recommend one? Ideally specialist in the M cars as I want one to diagnose this ticking noise I've got so I can go to the warranty company

Bit of a trek but my friend with the Topgear franchise is over that way, so perhaps I could tie it in with getting my exhaust done
