Lowering Springs

not content on leaving my Z as it is, i was contemplating lowering springs once i put the 19's on.... possibly

my wheels are 19x8.5 et38 all round, tyres 235/35/19 front and 255/35/19 rear

will i have issues with rubbing and does anyone have any experience of these lowering springs..... i presume these would also fit my 53 plate z4

Can't say anything specificaly about those springs other than you generally get what you pay for.

Most forum members seem to have plummed for Eibach springs myself included, when trying to get away from the snap happy OEM items.

The Eibachs are roughly twice the price of the ones you have posted but come with a 5 year guarantee as opposed to the 1 year offered on the link. They are also from a reputable company.

Can't comment on the rubbing but I would think you should be Ok, mine are 19x8.5 ET35 Front and 19x9.5 ET45 Rear and I have had a slight issue on the front but only at the extremes of the suspension travel on a very bad piece of road.
 
thanks for the reply..... well compared to the mileage most people do in a year will take me 5 years, so its pretty much the same principle :lol:

i'll probably plump for eibachs depending on how the z sits on the 19's....... kerbs on my road are mega high...... i scraped my mates standard renault laguna driverside door bottom on the kerb, whilst getting out of it, earlier today :headbang:
