Lowering day

Hi can anyone recommend a a safe dropping height as I dont want to scrape my ass of every speed bump I come across.

Eibachs are a popular and moderate drop, 30mm from SE height and 15mm from Sport height, depending on what setup your car currently has.

Also, it's the front that tends to catch things as it's lower, the rear of the car tapers upwards past the wheels.

Thanks originally I had m sport set up so 15 mil nice 1 thanks.

I went for eibach springs so 15mm lower for me as I was on sport springs. H&R go a little lower but personally I think eibach pro kits are on the limit for regular road driving in terms of ride height.

Lowering day done on spax adjustable coilovers the ride is improved massively thanks guys and a thanks to colin at burnett motor services in glasgow top job would highly recommend.
