Lowering Advice Required

I'm thinking of lowering my 2009 e89 sDrive 30i.

With a bit of research I'm now looking at the Eibach Pro-Kit Performance Spring Kit (E10-20-019-01-22), which lowers the car by 25mm all round and Bilstein B6 dampeners all round as well.

I'd appreciate any advice on this idea - especially regarding if I'm putting together the right set up, will the Z4's 19" alloys sit well with the car being lowered 25mm all round and which of the B6 dampeners provide the greater comfort - the Sprint or the Sport version?

Thanks in advance!

I'm interested too and have the same model car and year with 19" alloys.

was thinking about lowering from stock m suspension on my e85 until i realised that it barely makes it over speedbumps in any case.
in the uk i just about managed it by slowing to a crawling speed to make it over them. now in holland and unless ur out in the countryside or on the motorway those speed bumps are all over the fekin place and all at non-standardised heights and lengths. grrr
suggest leaving alone unless u vlaue posing aesthetics over practicality and driving enjoyment.

Eibachs on mine and hardly ever a problem with speed bumps unless they are particularly short in length and high.
Much better than stock springs and I've not heard of any snapping.

+1 We had the Eibach pro kit fitted on our 35i pretty much a month after we purchased it, lowers the car just right on 19s and still pretty compliant as a DD for 4+ years. We had our's fitted by AMD.
