Lower Control Arm Rt Side (passenger) bushing leak

The aft mount for the lower control arm is leaking (a rust colored residue from the leak). Obviously I need to repair/replace. Is a complete LCA replacement in order, or is it common to replace the bushings? If I replace the right side, should I replace the left side?

Car is up on jack stands. And the right front wheel goes in tomorrow for a little work. Someone hit a road hazard and put a slight bend in the wheel. Discount tire found it while replacing right front tire.

I will probably work the rest of the issue while it is up. Iam really excited about this project! :D

Do both sides.

If you go with a better brand than OEM (polyurethane), you will tighten up your front end....

So bushing replacement is an option, rather than the entire lower front control arms?

Unless I get the LCAs off, and there appears to be suspicious wear.

Any suggestions on the "better" brand?

Again, Thanks!!
