Low Mileage Z3 2.8 in Greenock

Reasonably priced and seems to have M sports seats retrofitted but the lack of air con might deter some buyers.

Hi, why do you say the seats have been retrofitted?

I may be wrong but aren't they from a either a Z3M or a later "sport" model?

The matching door cards take 15 minutes to swap over.

I'm trying to fathom what has changed about posting photos to show why I think they are not original, but in the meantime if you Google Z3 2.8 interior images you'll see why I'm suspicious.

£4k for what looks like a 43k mile minter is a bargain!

Stick that in the garage and that looks a good investment IMO....

Were the M sport seats not always an option as with the z4 cars?
Mrs Smartbears 2.2 z3 had M sport seats from new?

You used to be able to put the reg into the BMW warranty check site to get the vin number but no longer.

Humble pie time.

Just been looking on Autotrader whilst being a little bored and it looks like the later 2.8 did indeed have the sports seats. There are a few examples with them and they can't all have been retrofitted.
