Low beam headlights too high

Drove out last night in the dark for the first time since acquiring my current G29. Not quite sure why I've not driven this one in the dark before but I tend to shy away from night driving these days - my eyesight is generally very good for a 76-year old as confirmed by my Optician but in common with other ancient motorists night headlight glare can be an issue.
Anyway, its clear from 'helpful' motorists heading towards me that my low beam is set too high, just as it was on on my previous 2022 G29 which my supplying Dealer agreed was the case and charged me £37 to remedy.
My question is where or not there are a couple of knobs I can twiddle:rofl:to lower the beams or if this is a Dealer-only task?

Perhaps it's not too high but too right and the setting of the light is for a left-hand car. So go to CAR - Settings - Lights - left/right (I don't know the right wording in English) and have a look.
Do you have the adaptive light? Perhaps the "Auto" button is not on.

There are indeed knobs to twiddle but these are under the bonnet. If you look in the boot cubby hole on the RHS you will find a hex key which fits the "knobs". Open the bonnet and on each side you will find a couple of round plastic covers with a large screw slot - remove these and poke the hex key through the hole and that's where you can adjust the lights - you can adjust for up/down and left/right.

Thanks both for your helpful and informative replies.
@crz4: the car is correctly set up for driving on the left side carriageway, no I don’t have the adaptive lights option installed, previous experience with this option has not been good.
@hairyfrogowl: spot on! Found the helpfully labelled (up/down, left/right) under bonnet plastic covers and the long Allen key in the boot compartment - adjustment tonight 🥳
