Lovely Z4M Coupe now not for sale

Constructive feedback: i'd do some better pictures of the whole car and be willing to negotiate a little on price. Every buyer wants a deal and every seller should expect to haggle - the idea is both parties are happy with the outcome.

Also, some people don't want to phone and discuss - they might prefer to exchange discussions over email/messages initially, also meaning that there is a record of communications to refer back to. Others might be shy in communication like that and only want to communicate over email/whatsapp/private message.

All well and good saying in no rush to sell etc, you either want to sell it or you don't though.

I personally feel, although a rare spec and nicely low mileage it is priced steep for a private sale.

Mike I don’t mind people emailing me at all and gladly chat to folks, just nice to be followed up by a phone conversation I don’t bite , when I say no rush not to stupid offers I paid well over the odds to buy this car too the price I’m asking is less than it was valued at originally , it may go trough a dealer yet as I’ve had some decent offers there and by the time they have added there cut the car will be more than I’ve been asking, thanks for your input always useful , all I ask is for genuine people to enquire .ill gladly send more photos and information on request to a genuine inquiry.

Looks a nice example, though suggest a few more pictures showing as many different things as possible, because I’m expecting if not used in the wet will be ultra clean, everywhere... as many on here have been along to see cars described as ‘immaculate’ to find a wrinkly shagged out dog when they pitch up.

Given your ask is in the middle of dealer territory money, I suggest you you need to visually articulate just how good your car is & how worn (or not) on the places that get caught the most.

Have a look at a few dealer photos to give u a pointer, include closer shots of part of the car...

- the interior, showing how much wear there is on the pedals, drivers seat bolsters, overall seat condition, plastic trim condition, roof lining
- the condition of the boot
- the engine bay, including a closeup or 2 at the front
- the underside, inc brake lines
- condition of the alloys, inc age of the tyres
- condition of the paint closeup, especially on the front bumper & where you get in & out
- show how polished the exhausts & calipers are

Good hunting!!! :driving:

I can assure you all this car is stunning and not usual rubbish and believe me I viewed plenty of so called minters that were dog rubbish before I found my pride n joy , I was so disappointed in viewing crap to be blunt I nearly gave up the search it was a fellow bmw car club member who spotted this one at a bmw dealer , the rest was history ,
Thanks to everyone for your helpful input got a lot of interest tonight so see how it goes in the next few days .

Absolutely gorgeous .
Truly a stunning car, that I will have one day.
And I’m not keen on red cars, but that would sway me.

Wow... that’s some real classy pictures & really pleased you have considerably more interest. Believe will show quality low miler well maintained cars will continue to command the strong money they deserve.

Also the z is going in to Lloyd’s BMW on the 20th of April for a Mot ,as it is sorn at present for winter , booked in for service and brake fluid change too , any one interested in the car if you contact me your welcome to view the car on the lift sat morning, I’ve asked the garage and they are happy to allow this .

I’ve been to see this car in the flesh and have to say it’s right up there in condition. Even though the photos make it look very nice indeed the actual condition is immaculate throughout.
If anyone is after an M in this colour combo then it’s 100% worth your time to go and see it.
Unfortunately for me things changed which put me out of a buying position for now, which I hope changes

Hi everyone the z had its mot and service yesterday flew through with praise no advisory’s, chating to a few car nuts and collectors they said I was bonkers for selling the Z4m it’s stunning and the fact I’m not getting the asking price and I won’t drop for the sake of it the car is to good also after a lot of thought with my wife and friends, and hopefully things are improving with my health sorry I’m keeping her and going to enjoy her once she’s gone I’d regret it and never find another this mint , a few years down the line I may consider selling but after the hassle she will probably go to a Classic auction, thank you to everyone for Taking time to look and kind comments much appreciated

A very wise decision. No doubt yours will collect much bigger money down the line. See it as a very good looking pension pot.
