Love Restorer

Lately I've been falling out of love with my zed.

The wheels need refurbing, there is a new 'dink' on the rear quarter. Coupled with the fact that I stupidly let it get very, very soggy a couple of weeks ago I just felt I was driving an old car that was generally getting a bit shabby.

Now I still need the wheels refurbing and the dink removing but I've replaced my centre caps (which has helped a lot) and last night spent a couple of hours giving it a clean and I think it's come up rather well.

I know I could have probably cleaned the inside of the wheel nuts with a cotton bud or individually unpicked the roof stitching to clean it but there we go.

It's merely a standard Z4 I'm afraid, no flash mods or jazzy wheels. Here's some piccies.

Silly arty one, I just liked the glossy bonnet

I saw the thread title and it caused all sorts of problems on many levels...!

Love restorer - could do with some of that for my Mrs when she complains about me spending more time on the car than her!

Anyway, what's not to like with your motor - even coupe owners want a soft top every now and again...

Ease up with the 'merely'! Its a dream car and personally, I love those wheels.

Looks like a great clean to me and love the arty shots.
