If so, this was my dream car when I first started driving back in the early 2000's.

Cheers, yep its an ep3 model, 2005 final edition.
Still a great all rounder, but it is 12yrs old now
What wet look polish, please?

It was my valeters/detailers that did this, I think they use chemical guys black pearl crystal polymer, i cant remember for sure as i asked for the product name ages ago but since forgot, they have valet/polished it 4 or 5 times since and no complaints. It's definitely got carnuba wax in it.
Looks wet for a couple of days then stays shiny for a long time after so very durable.
