M MikeyH Lifer Devon Jan 31, 2022 #21 Thank you all for your help, turned out to be the starter motor, replaced it and now all is okay. Easier than I expected thanks to bigwins excellent walk through. Great forum for advice especially as Haynes don’t do a book style manual for this car.
