Lost owner manual

Evening folks,

My car never came with an owners manual. It's a 56 plated M roadster and I need to check which one to buy.

Can someone please post a pic of the correct one for the year.

Just had car professionally machine polished. Next to get wheels repainted and it'll be mint.

Simon

You'll need 2 different books:
  • Owner's Handbook for Vehicle (part no. 01410012086 or 01410012999)
  • Supplemantary Owner's Handbook for BMW Z4 M Roadster / Z4 M Coupe (part no. 01410012049 or 01410012986)

One covers the standard Z4, and the other is a supplement for the M only - but you need both to make a complete owner's guide.

Also, if you don't have the owner's wallet at all, you may want/need the following:
  • Operating Instructions for On-Board Computer (part no. 01412600036)
  • Operating Instructions for Mobile Phone Provision (part no. 01490159036)

There are others of course, but they relate to BMW paint warranty, BMW service network, your car's service history, BMW insurance, etc.

I've no idea if they are still available from BMW but you might be able to track them down on Ebay, from a breaker like Quarry Motors or even on here if you post a Wanted advert. I think the one with the grey car on the front may be specific to the facelift models, but you might struggle to find the one with the blue car as that is the M Supplement.
