Lost account Nanu

Frustrated to say the least!

For some reason I am unable to log into my account so was advised to reset my password however no email was sent to me to do so despite several attempts.

Was advised to contact an administrator. Not easy when you cannot access the forum?

So in desperation have created the new account to ask for help.
 
I’ve changed the password on Nanu to your email address. Hopefully that will work and you can get in and change it.
 
I think "Mork" would be a fitting name now.

Changed it to your email address not sent it to your email address.

So if you log in and use your email address as the password, you can then change it to whatever you want.
 
Responded to your PM and tried to log into Nanu account using password sent.

Does not allow me to log in or change any details in Nanu 2 account either. Now even that account wont let me log in. So the only way I can contact you is create another account each time.

Can you deactivtae all accounts and reset my password on the initial Nanu account

This is getting silly now. Each time I try to contact a moderator I am sent a new password. But It never works and as a result I cannot access the account , so the only way I can reply is to create another account. I now have at least 5 accounts now.

Can't be so difficult just to delete all accounts bar the original, send me a new password which I can change and expect to be able to access the account. Apparently not? :x :x :x

In need a a strong drink :cry:

New password should be password and then reset - simples really
 
The new password set by the moderator was my email address which I used to gain access.

I reset the password and it appeared to be OK however when I tried to log back in a couple of hours later, the password I had set did not work and neither did the email address set by the moderator.

Same happened with the new account Nanu2, and the others.

Haven't logged out of this one yet but no doubt when I do the same will happen
 
It's a bit strange Nanu admittedly. If it were me I would understand, as in "we don't really want you here". I had it a while back when every time I logged in I had to confirm I wasn't a robot; it said something about logging in too often. I could understand that.
A glitch in the matrix maybe?
Seriously though, have you had any other issues with emails, social media, etc? Your details may have been compromised elsewhere and it's showing up on the embedded security of this site? I don't know anything about this type of thing so am just guessing :?
