Lose weight with your iphone

I lost 7lbs without any exercise in 2 weeks
I am shadowing my wifes new system and it works

Step 1 - get an iphone
Step 2 - buy the Tap & Track App - there are many but this is highly rated
Step 3 - Weigh yourself and set your target weight
Step 4 - Input the information and it will allocate you so many calories per day, I am on 1500
Step 5 - Most important - log everything you eat or drink - yes everything, weigh stuff, take skin off chicken etc, you know what to do
Step 6 - Do not go over your cals limit
Step 7 - Weigh yourself in 2 weeks and see the difference

If you exercise as well - all the better
After 2 weeks the weight lose slows down, but keep going to target
When you get to target weight increase calories to maintain - I am at a desk all day so 2000ish seems about right for me long term

What has this got to do with a Z4 - well I got my chin back so I feel good with shades on, cap on driving the car
Yes I felt good driving it anyway... :driving:
