Loose trim under steering column?

Hi. Hope someone can advise me on this.
There is a large plastic cover directly under the steering column which extends backwards to the bulkhead. On my car, the plastic can be pushed upwards even though the three holding screws are fully tightened in place. It isn't rattling but just concerned that it can be moved. Is this normal? Could anyone check their Z4 and see if their plastic panel moves as well.
Does it need looking at, as warranty running out soon?
Thanks in anticipation.

There is a bit of movement in this piece as on the bulkhead side the plastic trim slots into three or so slots. It's only fixed on the one side. Might be worth undoing the three screws to give yourself piece of mind. If there is excessive movement perhaps it isn't aligned into the slots I mentioned properly? This sounds normal to me though.

Took a visit to my local independent today and he advised me that it is normal as it is designed to move with the adjustable steering column.
Who am I to argue. Problem put to bed.
